This one room efficiency has a drop down double Murphy bed for extra room during the day. Sitting chairs, cable TV, and local phone calls for free. The unit includes a small kitchen with a refridgerator, oven and microwave along with a coffee maker and toaster. A large Common room for all guests serves morning coffee and is also available for gatherings with other guests. This room has couches, tables and chairs and a television. There is a great courtyard for relaxing in the sun. Only a few steps from your door and you are on the sand of our beautiful Treasure Island Beach! Walking distance and free trolley to many local attractions including John's Pass for shopping, fishing, boating, restaurants and more.
